From time tot time some of us are thinking about investing our money in Real Estate.
How does it work ?
The concept is very simple: you invest the initial amount of money, about 15%
of the apartment price, and borrow the rest. Each month you pay back the
loan by the money you get from the renter.
After a few years, the load comes to it's end, and the apartment remains
yours.
This is a very good investmentd for those who are thinking about the far future,
and about helping to your children.
The best factor is that the price of the apartment should grow up over the
years.

When to make such deals?
The real estate market prices are not stable for years. Every few years there
is an increase or decrease in the real estate prices.
As we all know, the best time for these deals is when the real estate prices
are low, And of course if you sale it one day, you should do it when the prices
are greater.

If we look about most worthwhile deals, I can say that investing in smaller
properties is better than bigger properties. This is because the rent payment
difference does not justify the difference in the properties price.
